The PROMET method
Complex projects demand a methodologically based procedural approach. The PROMET (Process Method) developed by IMG in conjunction with St. Gallen University helps to assure systematized project execution. One important element in this context is the analysis and documentation of processes.
PROMET in our co-operation between the two sides continuously updated and extended to the forefront of development and related topics in the field. At the same time PROMET customers and our own business to provide a systematic support. On the one hand, to provide strategic analysis and business process design, on the other hand, in the implementation of the different systems to provide new solutions.
PROMET@WORK provides a holistic, methodology/tool-based procedural approach to process analysis and documentation, i.e. utilizing the PROMET method with the aid of the SemTalk tool. This means that users can learn and use PROMET intuitively within a minimized timeframe, and enjoy clear temporal/logical structuring of the procedural matrix plus complete process documentation.
